What can I say? It's Chick-fil-A!! Delicious sandwiches, waffle fries and shakes. I'm not one for fried chicken but the fried chicken in their sandwiches is always so satisfying.
My daughter and I are in love with their Honey Roasted BBQ sauce and hoping they bottle it and sell it to go!
Great customer service as always at Chick-Fil-A. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is this location was a bit messier than what we're used to in our town. Floors were wet in certain parts, bathroom could use a face lift and could cleaning & tables were a bit dirty. -

Update: I'm updating my review from one star to three stars because, after emailing CFA, I received a valid explanation as to why it took so long (they're piloting a new system). Of course, there is no reason why a shake should've taken 20 minutes, but I am willing to give them another try. I'll update after my next visit.
I don't usually write bad reviews (look at my profile), but I felt it necessary. Chick-Fil-A prides themselves off of amazing customer service and, unfortunately, I received the exact opposite of exceptional. I ordered my food via the mobile app and did curbside pick up. It was great and came out quick. I then handed the gentlemen a "Free Milkshake" coupon and he said it'll be right out. Well, then minutes later, it still hadn't been brought out so I went to check on it. They said it'd be right out. Another ten minutes later (we're now at 20 minutes since I received my food), I go check again. When I ask the cashier she says "oh is it a shake" and hands me a shake that has been just sitting there for who knows how long without an apology for the wait or anything! 20 minutes just for a milkshake and cold food. I definitely won't be returning to this Chick-Fil-A. -

Did not live up to chik-fil-a standards. Led me to question God. I am now a homosexual.
So this place has THE WORST customer service. Had to place my drive thru order while driving. Literally, the girl was walking and I had to drive forward while telling her my order. The brunette girl working the drive thru at 2:45 on 7/1/18 did not appreciate standing in the hot sun.. come up with a better system. She never once cracked a smile or said hi or even their famous "my pleasure." I don't expect robots to be non stop smiling, but be a bit more pleasant please.
They didn't even give me the mayo and Polynesian sauce I asked for. The lady in the window handed me a sequence of bags, and after a long pause of not knowing if there was more to come, i asked if that was it.. to which she responded with "yup." So I said thank you, there was no response, and I drove off. Oh... And if you're going to put chunky bits in the shake, have bigger straws... the peach milkshake was impossible to drink
through a straw.
2 stars for the 2 delicious chicken sandwiches. Those were the only good things about this visit. -

I'm a HUGE Chick-fil-A fan (just ask my law school classmates who've entertained my frequent 20+ mile round trips to the closest one near Palo Alto). As my all-time favorite spot for chicken nuggets I'd normally give the establishment five stars, but the few times I've been since moving to SD had one problem. The lemonade has been extremely flat (like water) each time I've ordered it, which is odd; I grew up drinking CFA lemonade and it is supposed to be of a much higher quality.
Of course, the rest of the meal is always amazing, and if I start eating at the restaurant instead of getting my food to go I could remedy the lemonade issue on the spot.
Edit: I've been to this CFA 50 times since moving to San Diego, and they've more than made up for the few times when the lemonade was flat. If any fast food restaurant deserves 5 stars it is definitely this one. Thanks for making me feel special!
